FAQ
WE HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS
In each experience, you will be locked inside for 60 minutes while you and your team try to figure out how to escape. The rooms contain clues, trap doors, riddles and hidden items.
As long as there is nobody booked in the same room after you it should be fine. However if another customer is booked in after you for the same room, you will only receive the time remaining on your booking when late. Please call us if you are going to be late and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Thats fine, as long as you give us 48 hours notice as we may be opening up just for your booking. We will move your booking to another day, if you do not allow 48 hours notice you may loose your booking with no refund.
We advise a maximum of 6 people in the room at one time.
No, there are no live actors in our escape room.
We advise booking online or over the phone. Our branch only opens dependant on bookings so you could come down and book and pay in-store, however you will need to contact us to see when we are open. Online bookings are the most effective and efficient way of booking your room.
No, there are no parking facilities on site.
A game last anywhere up to 60 minutes.
Children 10 years and above can play without an adult in the room.
Yes, we ask our customers to arrive 15 minutes prior to their booking.
Apart from your brain, team and booking reference. We think your all good!
Not in our rooms, but there is the opportunity to have photos taken outside of the escape room and in our reception area.

Same Day Bookings
Our booking system only allows you to book 24 hours in advance, however, if you would like to book for the same day you will need to call us on 07811 406806 to see if we can satisfy your same day booking requirements.
Pre-Paid Vouchers
If you have a pre-paid voucher then please call us on 07811 406806 or 0333 043 8684 to redeem your voucher code and contents and book your escape room session with us.
NHS & Student Discounts Available
Get in touch with us now to discuss our NHS and student discount deals. NHS members can use code "NHS20" at checkout for 20% discount and Leicester students can use code "Leicester uni 20". ID will need to be brought and shown to staff in branch.
